The journey

From a form on your site to a deal in your CRM

What happens when someone sends you an enquiry.

  1. A visitor fills in your form

On your website or on a GrowthBase360 landing page.

  2. The submission is checked

Spam checks, field rules and rate limits run first.

  3. A contact is found or created

Matched by email. Existing details are never wiped.

  4. A deal is created

In the pipeline and stage you chose, unless the form is contact-only.

  5. Your team is told

An email goes to your team and, if enabled, a confirmation to the person. Automations start.

Main functionality

Everything you need to collect enquiries

Form builder

Names, email, phone, company, dropdowns, checkboxes, dates, numbers, text and more, each with its own rules.

Landing pages

Build a page and publish it at your own address on GrowthBase360, with its own title and sharing details.

Embed anywhere

Add a form to your site with a snippet, inline or as a popup.

Know where leads came from

Campaign details, the page, the form and the referring website are stored with each lead.

Lead scoring

Set rules that score each lead, and mark leads qualified automatically or by hand.

Analytics

See views, leads and conversion by form, page and source, without cookies on your visitors.

Add a form to your site in minutes

Publish the form, then paste one line where you want it to appear. The form runs in its own frame, so your page can never read what visitors type.

  • Inline in a page
  • As a popup from a button
  • Limit it to the websites you approve

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

All questions
What happens if the same person submits twice?

Within the form’s window, 30 days by default, a repeat submission is attached to their open deal instead of creating another, and your team is told in a note.

Can I put a form on my existing website?

Yes. Publish the form and add a small snippet to your site. It can sit inline in a page or open as a popup.

How do you deal with spam?

Forms use a hidden trap field, a minimum fill time, rate limits and an optional robot check. You can also limit which websites may show a form.
